Sandown has a character all of its own with the High Street situated close to the promenade.  Among the local attractions are the Tiger and Lemur Sanctuary, Dinosaur Isle, Browns Golf Course, pitch and putt, crazy golf, the pier, arcades, trampolines and a children’s playground.  There are parks and gardens to enjoy and in the town you can watch the art of glass making at Glory Art Glass. 

Should you feel the need to exercise you can visit the Heights Leisure Centre situated at the top of the High Street with its indoor pool, gym and squash courts.  We have a variety of friendly cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops and the islands leading night club all within a few minutes walk from the hotel.
